The art of hospitality is my passion and a family tradition. For more than 18 years, my entire team and I have been striving to make Farina the quintessence of Krakow, a cosmopolitan city, combining tradition with modernity, while at the same time overflowing with a unique, homely charm. Fish is the cornerstone of Farina Restaurant’s menu, the second – next to flour – element of our restaurant’s logo. They are healthy and can be used to conjure up a multitude of interesting dishes. Everything we serve our guests is based primarily on well-chosen, fresh and best quality ingredients.
We offer new and interesting proposals inspired mainly by novelties in the form
of a Seasonal Menu, which we change almost completely once a month. And in it
– specialties from Poland and the farthest corners of Europe, serving, for
example, asparagus in spring and aromatic truffles in winter.
Momentum is the salt of life, without it it is difficult to achieve anything. And successes are always worth celebrating – in addition to an outstanding wine list, Farina’s menu includes a cocktail card. And in the appetizers – vodka with an oyster. An impressive shot, adding animus even to those who are afraid of oysters.
For years, we have been traveling to wineries in search of new heroes of the Farina card. Its author is my husband, Juliusz Turasiewicz. Julo has always been fascinated by wine, so he decided to support the passion with knowledge. Today he is a professional sommelier certified by the London Wine & Spirit Education Trust. We encourage you to taste our selections – by the bottle and by the glass. Some labels are to be tasted exclusively at Farina – we have exclusive distribution for them in Poland.
